Immunocytochemistry: 1 µg/mL for one hour at room temperature using 10xE6 cells or adherent sample by indirect immunofluorescence. Suggested fixative is 2-4% paraformaldehyde. Suggested permeabilization method is 0.5% Triton X-100.
